When you import trades, we collect:

  • Trade details (symbol, date, price, quantity, action type)
  • Option contract details (strike price, expiration date, option type)
  • Commission and fee information
  • Account identifiers from your brokerage

2.3 IBKR Integration Data

If you use IBKR Flex Query integration, we store:

  • Your Flex Query Token (encrypted)
  • Your Query ID
  • Sync history and status

We never store your brokerage login credentials. Flex Query tokens provide read-only access to trade data only.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Time and date of visits
  • Error logs for troubleshooting

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Display your trade history and analytics
  • Process your subscription payments
  • Send important service notifications

  • Improve the Service through analytics

  • Service Providers: We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe receives only the information necessary to process payments.

  • Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Free tier accounts may have limited data retention as specified in our pricing terms.
